About the role
You will lead the delivery of the cluster teams in our Family and Youth Support, Youth Services, and the Strengthening Families services, leading on the provision of excellent early intervention and prevention services that meet statutory requirements.

You will be a member of the Extended Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the creation and implementation of the organisation’s strategic direction and vision. You will be leading and managing multi-agency and multi-professional partnerships focused on delivering integrated services.
