Business Support Officer
Salary - £25,137 - £26,520 per annum pro rata | Based in Kingston / Richmond | Permanent | 21.6 hours per week

About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Officer to work in our Permanency Business Support Team, supporting our Fostering Service in particular with the administration of the Fostering Panel.

This is an exciting role which will require the successful candidates to possess a strong complement of administrative skills in particular data skills. For the immediate future majority, this role will be carried out virtually until there is a safe transition into our offices over the next couple of months.

As Business Support Officer for Achieving for Children, you will be responsible for:
  • Collating and reporting statistical information.
  • Maintaining databases and extracting information from them for reporting purposes.
  • Providing added value administrative support to professionals in the service and wider teams.
  • Taking high-level minutes at various panels, preparing agendas and general meeting support.
