About the roles

We have two new exciting roles which will require successful candidates to possess a strong compliment of administrative skills in particular data skills to support our:
  • Childminder Agency Team- Guildhall 2, Kingston
  • Virtual School Team- Queens Road, Twickenham
Both positions are part-time (18 hours/week) on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Duties include:
  • Childminder Agency Team - Processing childminder applications (suitability checks)
  • Childminder Agency Team - Collating evidence for Ofsted inspection
  • Childminder Agency Team - Organisation and scheduling of visits and meetings
  • Virtual School Team - Project support including tracking financial spend
  • Virtual School Team - Analysing data and compiling reports
  • Virtual School Team - Liaising with central government agencies
