Business Support Officer - Level 1

Salary: £24,462 -  £25,809 | Based in Moor Lane Centre and Guildhall 1 | Permanent  | 36 hours a week

About the role
We are currently recruiting for Business Support Officers to provide support to our Integrated Health Services Teams at the Moor Lane Centre, Chessington and our Youth Resilience Teams in Guildhall 1, Kingston. These are two exciting roles which will require the successful candidates to possess a strong complement of administrative skills in particular data skills'

Duties include:
  • Collating statistical information.
  • Maintaining databases and extracting information from them for reporting purposes.
  • Undertake analysis and reporting performance.
  • Supporting with the financial administration of the Service.
  • Taking minutes at meetings.

Start dates
Achieving for Children have fixed start dates, candidates are advised to prepare for this should a job offer be accepted to ensure eligible continuous service is not affected.
