What we are looking for
We are looking for a Children’s Centre Lead Outreach Worker to join our team at a time of exciting and positive change. To be a Children’s Centre Lead Outreach Worker for AfC, you will be passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people as well as demonstrating the following points:
  • Knowledge of the Children’s Centre agenda and a good understanding of their role within the community.
  • Experience of engaging with children aged 0-5 years in diverse communities in either an education, community. development or outreach setting.
  • Experience of working effectively with partners and other agencies
  • The ability to work as part of a supportive team, whilst also able to work independently with a clear focus on improving outcomes for children and families.
